2. Products & Personalization

All our products can be personalized with text and/or a logo of your choice.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personalization details provided.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or copyright-protected content.

Colours and dimensions may vary slightly from the online images.
3. Orders & Payments

Orders are only processed after payment has been received.

Payments are processed securely via our payment partner Shopify Payments (Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as it is a custom-made product.
4. Production Time & Delivery

Production time is typically 1–3 business days.

Delivery is carried out by our shipping partners and usually takes 1–2 business days within Belgium.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Return Policy
As our products are personalized, returns are not possible unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
In the event of damage or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@gravalbottles.com with photos of the issue.
6. Liability
Graval Bottles is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the relevant order.

All texts, photos, designs, and logos on our site are the property of Graval Bottles or used with permission.
