At Graval Bottles, we strive to deliver your personalized products as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all the information about production and delivery times, shipping costs, and more.


Production & Processing Time

  • Production of personalized bottles takes an average of 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.

  • During busy periods (such as holidays or promotional campaigns), processing time may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order is ready, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Within Belgium

  • Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days after shipment

  • Shipping partner: bpost, PostNL, or a similar courier

  • Shipping cost: €6.00 (free for orders over €70)

To the Netherlands

  • Delivery time: 2 to 3 business days after shipment

  • Shipping partner: bpost, PostNL, or a similar courier

  • Shipping cost: €11.00 (free for orders over €70)


Track & Trace

  • You will receive an email with a track & trace code once your package has been shipped.

  • Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation.


Delays
Graval Bottles is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect address details.
In case of exceptional delays, we will contact you, or you can always email us at info@gravalbottles.com.


Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is damaged or lost by the courier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos or proof of the issue.
We will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as resending your order or issuing a refund.


Address Errors
Always check your address details before placing an order.
For incorrect addresses, we are not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs for a second attempt.
